What does a Speech Pathologist do?
As speech pathologists, we assess and help children and adolescents with communication challenges. We help individuals to be understood and to understand others; to express themselves; and to develop their reading and writing skills. We also help those with fluency and voice difficulties. Here at Little Willows Therapy we specialise in supporting individuals disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyper Activity, Global Developmental Delays and Down Syndrome.
Some of our specialized treatment approaches include: Hanen More Than Words Hanen, SOS Approach to Feeding, PECS, Key Word Sign, Sounds Write Program, and use of AAC.

Funding
We accept Medicare-Chronic Disease Management Plans (formerly known an EPC) and Private Health Schemes. We are also service providers for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
