At Willows Speech & Occupational Therapy, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 45% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or non-attendance without notice, will be charged the full session fee, including any travel costs where applicable.

To keep our space safe for all families—especially those who may be immunocompromised—we ask that children who are unwell (e.g. coughing, fever, runny nose, sore throat) do not attend sessions. Therapists reserve the right to cancel sessions if a child arrives unwell, and the full session fee may still apply.
