Cancelation Policy

 Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the session time to avoid cancellation fees. Failure to do so will incur a $60 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of the session time or failure to attend with no notice before the session time will be charged the regular session fee in full, including any travel fees associated with the session. 


Therapists also have the right to cancel sessions if clients attend sessions when sick (i.e. coughing, fever, runny nose, sore throat), Little Willows Therapy Pty Ltd has the right to charge the session fee in full. This is for the safety of other clients who attend sessions and are immunocompromised. Please call ahead if your child presents with flu-like symptoms or other illnesses to cancel the session.

Infection Control Policy

 At Little Willows Therapy, your child’s health and safety are our top priorities. To maintain a healthy environment, we have implemented the following infection control measures:


  • Illness Policy: If your child has a fever, cough, runny nose, or other signs of illness, therapy will be refused, and the full session fee will apply. Please notify us in advance if your child is unwell to reschedule.
  • Hygiene Practices: We clean and disinfect therapy rooms and equipment between sessions. Hand sanitizer is available for use upon entering and leaving the clinic.
  • Return to Therapy: Children may return to therapy once they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication.
