Desiree graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies at Griffith University.
Desiree is passionate about working with children with disabilities to help develop their language, play and social communication skills. Desiree also works closely with families to support them and help build their confidence and skills in supporting their child outside of therapy.
Desiree has experience working with children with various challenging behaviours, learning difficulties and diagnosis such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, selective mutism and feeding difficulties.
Desiree is a Hanen Certified Clinician in the More Than Words Program and a Sounds-Write Practitioner. She is trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Key Word Sign and Proloquo2go.
In her spare time Desiree enjoys painting, dancing and traveling.
Juliah graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Juliah is passionate about helping children build the foundational skills they need for everyday life, from play and learning to self-care and social connection. She takes a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach and works closely with families to create meaningful goals that support participation across home, school, and the community.
She has gained experience across both private and public settings, including early intervention, community mental health, and supporting children in the out-of-home care system. Juliah has worked with children with a range of developmental and emotional needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and anxiety.
Juliah is committed to ongoing professional learning and has a keen interest in play-based therapy, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and building independence in daily routines such as dressing, feeding, toileting, and school readiness.
Outside of work, Juliah enjoys going to the beach, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her dog.
Ai is a Speech Pathologist who graduated from The University of Newcastle.
Ai enjoys helping children develop their language, literacy and play skills and seeing them make great gains! Ai also finds supporting families with working on their child’s goals to be rewarding.
She has been trained in the Sounds-Write Literacy Program and the Lidcombe Program.
In her spare time she enjoys being creative through practising yoga, making artworks and spending time with friends and family.
Lei graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Speech Pathology. Prior to becoming a Speech Pathologist, Lei worked as an English teacher in a primary school in China.
Lei is passionate about working with children and supporting families to achieve their goals. He has special interests in supporting bilingual preschool and school-aged children with language, speech or literacy difficulties. Lei is also a strong advocate for neurodiversity affirming and evidence-based practice. Lei is multilingual and can speak Mandarin and Cantanese.
Outside of work, Lei enjoys going on a hike, travelling, as well as catching up on his favourite anime and TV shows.
Yasemin has worked in the health sector since 2019 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree with ACU. She is passionate about supporting her clients and watching them develop through therapy. She enjoys adrenaline activities and loves nature. In her free time you'll find her reading a book under a tree.
Grace is currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney. As a therapy assistant she is passionate about early intervention language support in preschool children, using play to develop language skills! She loves baking desserts, sewing and reading fiction books in her free time!
Meika is studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney. Prior to commencing her studies, she worked as a disability support worker, where she discovered her passion for helping others, especially children with special needs. In her spare time, Meika enjoys pilates and going to the beach.
